「very bad service because I pay in hotel and they refuse to give me receipt, while Hotels.com told me Capital hotel have to give me the receipt, very strange and bad service!! also the room is very noise to sleep well!」

「We stayed there six nights altogether and the breakfast was the same every day apart from occasionally we had different fruit. If not using the lift we found the staircase very dirty. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were amazing but the bathrooms need some updating and to be a little cleaner. I would recommend this hotel. It is great value for money. 」
