“離地鐵站不算太遠，交通算是方便，只是房間不算乾淨，廁所有異味，而且沒供應熱水，所以我們都不想在此洗澡。早餐只供應幾塊麵包與咖啡或茶，算是相當簡單。另外最大的缺點是這裡的隔咅不佳，所以夜裡開羅市區的喇叭聲會吵得難以入睡”

“We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels……
