「We went with a group- 2 people checked out and went elsewhere but the manager told us no refunds so some of us stayed. My personal room had a toilet that didn’t flush and when it did drain it bubbles up in the tub- toilet water in the tub!!! My tv also didn’t work. Another person in our group had no air conditioning and another had plumbing issues in their room as well. Another in our group had a terrible smell in the room and a mom with 4 kids next door who left the kids mid night and kids were...

「The breakfast was fine but the juice machine was not working. We also went to this hotel in january2026 and the juice machine was not working then. This tells me that it has been out of order for three months」
