“Everything was great! ”

“it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. ”

“We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks ”

“The Last night there It was a vibration sound due to the water drainage because of 20 miles wind. The staff knew exactly what the sound was but didn't want to tell us what it was. We had to walk outside just to find out. It was so bad. My family couldn't sleep until 4am in the morning. I will not recommend. A lot of people was complaining. Yes the staff know what the problem is. It not mother nature 20 miles wind. It call a bad constructive building. ”

“Breakfast was great! Eggs and waffles are the main events. We loved the walk-ability of the property. We were able to walk to the beach, multiple dinner places, Rouses, Publix, Starbucks, and Dell’s for Ice Cream! ”

“I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the……

“Did not feel like a safe place to stay. The room was clean. The blankets had stains the floor was sticky. Gave a sketchy atmosphere. ”

“Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip!”

“Small not alit if choices went out”

“Dirty, trashy, nothing worked from tv to refrigerate, hair dryers, pool wasn’t clean, non smoking room but cigarettes holes in blankets, smelled, never stay again!! ”

“My only complaint was a roach in the spare bedroom, we only found one but I’m always worried there are more. Otherwise it was a great location, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. We had to leave early for a family emergency so I wish I could’ve enjoyed it for more than what I did. ”

“The rooms were NASTY, holes in the walls and the rooms smelled like old mildew. ”

“Staff were kind and helpful. The overall experience was good. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river/pool was not heated as described and was actually quite cold and the rooms were not the cleanest. The common areas of the hotel were clean looking and the important parts of our room such as bed and shower were clean but the room was dirty in general. Less important areas such as doors and walls appeared like they had not been wiped in quite some time. We still had a good experience……
