“The house was awesome but the shower is too small and no hot water in the kitchen”

“I was very pleased by my stay. The place was incredibly clean. The layout was very nice with all sorts of collectables and such that added to the ambiance. Kitchen was very well equipped. The bath towels were not some cheap KMart models. Heck they were thicker than I've found in some Hotels. Strongly recommend a stay. ”

“Great house with stunning views of the bay! Found the house to be clean and as described. All three of the bedrooms are separated with the two larger ones being on opposite sides of the house. The master BR has windows looking out on the bay which offers beautiful views as you wake up. The living room is cozy and has a small sitting area in the front where you can enjoy views of the bay in climate control if it’s too hot outside. There is a large well equipped kitchen and dining area that……

“Every day was perfect. The views and sunsets were better than anywhere we have ever been. The home was perfect for two couples to relax and enjoy. We will make this our annual trip every year together. ”

“We stayed overnight as a midway stop to our final destination and it was perfect. Plenty of room in the backyard for our dog to roam around. A crib and a few toys that our toddler enjoyed. Clean house with necessities provided (trash bags, towels, laundry detergent, etc). Quiet neighborhood. Small issue getting into the house at first but I don’t know if that was user error or a technical issue. They were quick to respond to this issue. We’d stay here again. ”

“We loved the multiple pools and location to the beach. Place was very nice and had plenty of room for our family.”

“Our stay at Costa Verde was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 12 and the house had ole Ty of room for everyone. Four couples had their own room with their own bathroom. Two adults had their own rom with a shred bath and there was a small bunk room perfect for our granddaughter to claim as her own. This home is right on the beach which was not crowded at all. It’s very close to several restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Perfect spot for extended family to get together to make some beach memories! Plenty of space for multiple families and great location/within a short walk to the beach. ”

“I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property”
