“For just under $480 Cdn for 1 night, we were expecting a pretty nice room, but this was far worse than almost any other hotel room we've stayed in and I'm glad there is an opportunity to add photos. We arrived quite late at night after being 'on the go' for 16 hours, pretty much fell into bed, and didn't notice much until the morning. 1) "filter status" on the water fountain/bottle filling station in the hallway was red and the water was terrible 2) the tv apparently has 90+ channels, but the……

“As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. We had a check in issue and were told the manager was off on Saturdays and could not help us, but he was actually just around the corner and finally came out. It will take a little intentional……

“Worst Expedia booking ever! We got there and had paid for 2 rooms. They said they overbooked by around 40 rooms that day. The manager offered to refund us. We disagreed and they gave us a room, but not 2. We got to the room and it was filthy, smelly and no air conditioning! The desk manager said he would refund us so we went to the LaQuinta instead. No refunds on either rooms still and all around bad experience.”
