「We needed a pet friendly place to stay for one night to visit family. This place was in a local spot close to the highway so very convenient. We were able to have an early check in which we appreciated. The only suggestion I have is replace the area rugs and throw pillows. They were definitely old and very used. I understand the unit is pet friendly but it would really help spruce the place up a bit and help with pet odor in general. Other than that it served its purpose. 」

「Tyler the property manager was great to work with. However, the complex and neighborhood was sketchy. We wanted to take advantage of the pool. That's one reason we chose this place. The pool had been closed down by the health department since Oct 23. Additionally something pretty suspect was floating in the pool. The listing sure doesn't mention any of this. Additionally, there was a lot of mold on the shower curtain. 」

「The apartment was in a great location , close to everything you would ever need … it was fully furnished with all the cooking supplies and linens. There was an issue with the appliances and some of the linen not being clean. I contacted the host and they gave me a partial refund and had some new linens sent over the same day . Communication and follow up was absolutely 10/10 … the only complaint is that I think the property needs a professional DEEP clean . Whoever is providing the cleaning...

「Perfect for anyone who is caring for a family member at Shands hospital. Tyler extended our stay at a very short notice due to a change in my mom’s medical situation, which was very thoughtful!! Hands down the best stay ever!! Everything you need is there and it is cute and cozy!! 」

「Fairly priced fo r Gainesville especially in light of other going's on at the time. we were in town for a family event. The location is good, close to campus and close to a Publix etc. Quiet condo complex. Appropriately priced for the unit itself and as compared to a hotel stay.」
