「The hotel is very good, amenities, and food also very good. The weak point is customer service and maintenance. It took 24 hrs for maintenance to respond to a request for an AC problem. When I was at the front desk complaining another 2 families also had complaints ( one of them with little kid)」

「The breakfast was great. The luncheon dinner left a lot to be desired. The food was not good at all extremely salty and did not taste like Brazilian bread food at all, which is very delicious disappointed in the food.」

「no food options」

「The resort is a good option if you have kids and are after an open bar resort! Don’t expect peace and quietness before 11pm, kids will scream all night long playing and the rooms do not have sound proof insulation, you can hear a pin drop at your neighbor’s room! Other than that, the beach is horrible and not beautiful at all, probably the ugliest beach in the state with a brown water from a river nearby. The food is good, but nothing special. Its definitely overpriced and its probably because...

「It was a true pleasure to stay there with my family. We truly cherished the special moments we shared at Vila Gale.」

「Tudo muito limpo e de otima qualidade. Funcionarios super atenciosos.」
