「There was cockroaches everywhere. I was super disappointed and it’s unlivable. Unbearable Mold smell! I was shocked. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This place should be shut down - uninhabitable.」

「Stayed here two nights for CAL University Homecoming Weekend. Hotel grounds are clean and staff were professional. We felt safe staying here. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean. Hotel provides breakfast but the selection is lacking, no eggs, no apple juice and no pancakes. They had coffee, toast, waffles, cereal, bagels. There are restaurants near. Overall, nice budget hotel, we felt safe and its close drive or bus ride to CAL. Go Bears!!!!」

「I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.」

「The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall decor and attention to detail were superb. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The room was very clean and breakfast was included, which made the stay very enjoyable. The only minor downside was that the front desk staff were not very friendly. Other than that, everything else was great.」

「Everything is all good, including service and so on.」
