Fabulous!

Spacious, clean and very well equipped villa in a lovely spot. Peaceful yet 2k from Alarò - a lovely town with bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. All you could need! We were cycling all week and it is also perfectly situated for that too - turn left and you are in challenging hill country, turn right for miles and miles of flat! Would highly recommend this place and we are hoping to come back.

Fabulous rural location

The property is amazing, has everything you could ever want for. Very rural, quiet and peaceful. Central location to explore the island. Quite easy to find if you use the directions supplied. If I had to find a fault it would be that you could need more towels for using the swimming pool. Would highly recommend and will return in the future

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca war einfach nur traumhaft. In ruhiger Lage gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Nach Alaró (2km) nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. In Alaró sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet. Der Empfang mit Pedro war sehr angenehm und freundlich.Er hatte auch nützliche Tips für uns.Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Marvellous Mallorca!

This property was amazing. The grounds were spectacular. The house was just beautiful and so well equipped. We could not have asked for more. Pedro was a wonderful host, so welcoming and helpful. We would love to come back. The location was perfect and drove in all directions to all parts of this beautiful island.

Sehr schöne Finca in der Nähe von Alaro

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Finca von Pedro verbracht, der sich als perfekter Gastgeber präsentiert hat. Seine Finca war in einem makellosen Zustand und wir haben eine sehr, sehr schöne Woche Ende Oktober dort verbracht. Alles war sauber und in guten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage und wunderschönes Haus

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, der Pool ist perfekt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sogar noch besser, man kommt in kurzer Zeit in jedes Eck der Insel.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden bei einem tollen Gastgeber

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich herzlich und versorgt einen mit guten Tipps. Ende Mai/Anfang Juni konnte der Pool gut genutzt werden und wir haben jeden Morgen herrlich auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich aber die Lage des Hauses ist super und alle notwendigen Einkäufe sind innerhalb 15min zu erreichen. Alaro ist in 5 min erreicht und dort haben wir ganz wunderbar auf dem Marktplatz gegessen. Absolute Empfehlung, ganz toller Gastgeber, sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Finca, umgeben von Lavendel und Bäumen und mit Blick aufs Gebirge, waren unübertroffen. Den Sonnenaufgang und den Sternenhimmel von hier zu beobachten: ein Traum. Küche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer, Wohn/ Essbereich sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wunderbarer Outdoorbereich. Wir haben die Ruhe und das tägliche Schwimmen im schönen Pool sehr genossen. Alaro selbst ist ein gemütliches kleines Dorf mit diversen Cafes, Bars und Restaurants. Nach Palma kann man vom Nachbarort sogar mit der Bahn fahren. Nichtsdestotrotz ist ein Auto gerade mit Kindern sinnvoll, da die Finca etwas außerhalb des Dorfs liegt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Pedro für seine Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit und an Frau Voss für die gute Kommunikation!

Tolle Finca - entspannter Urlaub

Die Finca ist sehr hübsch und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir waren 2 Pärchen. Es hätten auch noch 1 - 2 Kinder mitkommen können. Der dazugehörige Pool ist luxuriös. Wir haben fast täglich gegrillt und auf der wunderschönen Terrasse gegessen. Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits. Nach Alaro fährt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort sind die am nächsten gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein paar Geschäfte und Restaurants. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe von Inca. Dort bekommt man alles für den alltäglichen Bedarf. In der Nähe befinden sich Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir haben sie leider nicht genutzt, da das Wetter ungewöhnlich unbeständig war für Ende Mai/Anfang Juni. Wir können die Finca für einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub empfehlen.

Skønt hus i private omgivelser

Fantastisk hus med skøn terrasse, pool og plads til 5-6 personer. Der var masser plads og god atmosfære, både inde og ude , og køkkenet var meget veludstyret og både køleskab og fryser havde rigeligt med kapacitet. Poolen var for kold sidst i maj, een så meget fristende ud. Beliggenheden lidt op af bjergryggen betyder at det er ilidt køligere end i Palma - herligt i sommerperioden, og placeringen er optimal for ture til Palma, Alcudia og til Port de Soller. Vi kommer gerne igen, og tak til Pedro for en god modtagelse:-)

Tolle Finca in traumhafter Kulisse

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca. Insbesondere der Blick in die Berge rund um Alaro werden in Erinnerung bleiben. Das Objekt selbst ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub geeignet.

Oasis in the country

This property was picturesque and quiet. The backdrop with the mountains and the sunrises from the front terrace are amazing. We had such a good time and the location is close enough to Palma and Port de Alcudia that we had no troubles getting to the beaches while being away from the crowds. We will definitely be back.

Tolles Haus!

Wir waren 14 Tage Gäste in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Pedro ist ein toller Gastgeber mit tollen Tips zur Umgebung und Zielen. Der Pool ist durch seine Unterschieden Tiefenbereiche auch für Kinder geeignet! Wir sind sehr happy mit unserem Urlaub und können die Finca sehr empfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben sehr schöne 10 Tage in dem Haus bei Alaro verbracht. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels bei An- und Abreise war völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus ist innen und außen in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Da das Haus am Fuße des Tramuntana Gebirges liegt, geht immer ein leichter Wind und es war trotz der hohen Temperaturen (35 Grad) niemals unangenehm heiß. Viele schattige Plätze im Garten bzw. um den Pool herum vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasse bietet ab vormittags ebenfalls Schatten. Lediglich die Bestuhlung des Tisches auf der Terrasse empfanden wir als nicht besonders bequem und mit 4 gußeisernen Stühlen zu spärlich für ein so großes Haus. Absolut empfehlenswert, gerade auch für Familien.

Schöne Finca im Tramuntana Gebirge

Die Finca mit Pool ist sehr einladend, alles verlief reibungslos, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Haushalt beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Die Finca liegt abgelegen in der Nähe von Alaro. In ca. 30 Minuten erreicht man Alcudia, Pollença, Soller und Palma. Man benötigt eine Stunde, um in den Südosten zu gelangen. Für mich persönlich braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen! Auch um nach Alaro zu gelangen (oder ein Scooter/Fahrrad). Zu Fuss ist es dann doch, vor allem abends (kein Licht auf der Straße), etwas unvorteilhaft. Sollten die Vermieter über die nächste Investition für die Finca nachdenken, würden wir ein elektrisches Eingangstor und automatische Lichteinschaltung für den Zugangsweg vorschlagen. Das ist nun aber Gemecker auf hohem Niveau :) wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder mieten!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben insgesamt 9 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und es wirklich toll! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat wirklich gut funktioniert, Pedro ist ein toller Gastgeber! Das Haus hat eine tolle und ruhige Lage direkt unterhalb der Berge mit tollem Ausblick. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sinnvoll, da man etwas außerhalb des Ortes Alaró wohnt. Die Sauberkeit war ausgesprochen gut. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful spot in nature, but still close to facilities

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with private pool and maximum privacy. The agent and the owners were very nice and very responsive. Great place to spend your holiday :-)
