「Mixed experience during our wedding and honeymoon but overall we had a pleasant stay! Pros: beautiful property with incredible oceans views, private swimming cove, most of the staff are hospitable, great food & drinks, and free parking. Cons: not enough sunbeds, lack of activities, narrow road to get to the hotel, the lobby/shared space is renovated but the rooms are outdated, and unfortunately 1 reception staff completely ruined the experience for us with her dismissive approach and lack...

「Building is a little hidden in old town with beautiful views over the ocean. Hotel is gorgeous, the staff was incredible! So helpful! Roof top pool was a high light.」

「We only interacted with the front desk but the staff there was nice and accommodating. The room was simple and fine, the issue was that there were little bugs almost like grasshoppers in the room - roughly 3-4 that I had to kill when I arrived in the room.」

「The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!」
