Appartamento spazioso, completo di tutto quanto è necessario per un comodo soggiorno, anche di molti giorni: dalla lavatrice all’asciugacapelli, dal WiFi alla lavastoviglie. Il gestore è simpatico e professionale, ci ha consegnato le chiavi di persona, fornendoci molto materiale informativo sulla Regione Ingauna e dandoci preziosi consigli per ristoranti, luoghi e attrattive sconosciute ai più. Difficile trovare parcheggio in strada, ma così è tutta Alassio in estate. Grazie.

Good apartment but with some issues

We stayed in Alassio for 10 days and received a friendly welcome from Francesco, who showed us the place and gave us good tips about local activities and amenities. The apartment was clean and tidy. It is a simple place, not flashy but sufficient to meet our basic needs. However we did have some issues during our stay and felt some things could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. - There was a gas leak on the stove connector, so we had to turn off the gas after every use. This was strong enough to be visible if the door and window were closed, and smelled strongly throughout the apartment. - Internet was unreliable, and we were initially not able to use it for work. Francesco did provide a better router however and this one worked well for us. - Regarding the internet issue, it was difficult to get in touch with Francesco. He initially did not respond to my message for a few hours and I had to contact vrbo out of fear the issue would drag on. - The shower leaks a lot and the bathroom had to be mopped after every use. The drain also repeatedly clogged which lead to the shower pan filling up. - The mattresses were thin and not too comfortable. - The apartment was lacking in typical household essentials. There was no toilet paper/paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, no working lighter for the stove. The apartment was acceptable overall, but could be great with more care and attention.

Apartment in guter Lage, das Meer ist weniger als 100 m entfernt und auch der freie Strand ist nicht weit (800 m). Danke Francesco für die gute Kommunikation und die vielen Infos.

L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e con tutto il necessario, vicino al budello e al mare. Francesco è gentilissimo e disponibile! Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

Casa bella e come da descrizione.

La casa era esattamente come descritta. L’aria condizionata funzionava bene e la casa era molto vicina al mare, al budello e a diversi supermercati. Francesco è stato puntuale e gentile. Ci ha fornito il necessario per la mia bimba di 6 mesi. L’unica pecca il Wi-Fi non funzionava benissimo. In generale ottima vacanza.

Casa molto confortevole, silenziosa e ampia

L'appartamento è situato in una zona di Alassio molto ben servita. Il mare è a due passi. La zona e l'appartamento sono molto silenziosi. I locali sono bentenuti, ampi e dotati di tutto il necessario. Il bagno e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno.
