    Comfortable, modern, and bright apartments



    Choose from ground or upper-floor apartments, all designed for maximum comfort. After recent renovations, each unit features a covered terrace and a rear terrace—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or dinners. The living-dining area is furnished with new, comfortable, high-quality furniture. The open-plan kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped for both short and long stays. The bathroom is fully renovated with a shower, sink, and WC. There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, and air conditioning in both rooms. Lighting throughout the apartment is new, and the outdoor furniture is designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

La literie etait très bien mais côté fonctionnel il manquait pas mal de chose dans l'appartement ( porte manteau, cintre, cafetière, couvercle adapté pour les casseroles)Le service à la réception a été super et très réactif au dépannage et remplacement nécessaires durant notre séjour

Gute Ferienanlage für Familien an ruhiger und optimaler Lage.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen (Eckwohnung) und es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was bei diesen vielen Touristen mit Autos fast schon eine Seltenheit ist. Der Pool ist für Familien optimal. Man kann ihn während 24 Stunden benutzen. Der Check In verlief speditiv. Man kann im Empfangsbereich kostenlos einen kleinen Safe mieten. Cons: Die Wohnung ist eher klein und die enge Küche könnte etwas besser mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet sein. Vor allem eine kleine Nespresso-Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine wäre dringend nötig. Mit der umständlichen Espressomaschine für die Herdplatte kann man max für 2 Personen aufs Mal Kaffee kochen. Zu wenig, wenn die Wohnung mit mehreren Erwachsenen belegt ist. Eine zweite Steckdose oder Doppelsteckdose wäre von Vorteil. Man kann z.B. nicht den Wasserkocher und den Toaster zusammen einstecken, was etwas mühsam ist. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft nicht mal eine kleine Handseife im Bad vorhanden, was eigentlich Standard sein sollte.

Campo base céntrico y tranquilo para disfrutar de toda la isla.

Pros: La playa Son Bou, muy cerquita, un verdadero paraíso si no te importa andar un rato. Cons: La equipación muy mejorable, rozando la deficiencia. Nuestro extractor era un agujero y una bombilla. La nevera lleva décadas pidiendo la jubilación.
