Casa Splendid - Mediterranean style villa - Close to centre and beach

This Mediterranean style villa is located close to the commercial centre and the beach of Son Bou, so it is ideal if you do not wish to hire a car.



The villa is divided into two levels. On the upper floor, from where you access the villa, you will find a large living room with air conditioning, fully equipped open kitchen and a single bedroom.



On the same floor there is a toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of the Son Bou Beach.



Stairs lead down to the lower floor where there are four double bedrooms. One has a double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The other three rooms are with twin beds, fans and share a bathroom.



All rooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area with outdoor furniture and a large barbecue area, equipped with refrigerator and sink.
