SUMMARY:
Villa Cecylia is in a very tranquil residential area, in a quiet and secluded setting with woodland to the rear, yet is only a 10 minute drive to Mahon airport.

The villa is suitable to accommodate up to 5 guests, with large grounds in a locality for those wanting privacy or isolation.

The large surrounding gardens include a large swimming pool, terraces and BBQ with shaded dining area. Inside is light-filled and open plan, with kitchen, dining area and large living space. There is a double bedroom, twin room and bathroom downstairs. The upstairs bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

THE SPACE:
The large surrounding gardens include a large swimming pool (10x4 metres) with a child's slide. Poolside there are sunbathing terraces and BBQ with shaded dining area.

Running along the side of the villa is an arched cloister for shaded relaxation. Behind the pool is beautiful natural countryside (campo), giving you a feeling of the real Menorca!

Inside is light-filled spacious and open plan incorporating a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and large living space. There is a double bedroom, 1 twin room and bathroom downstairs. There is an A/C unit in the living room, which is sufficient for most of the downstairs area.

A wrought iron spiral staircase leads upstairs to a large loft room with king-sized bed, bathroom and dressing room. For those who prefer more conventional staircases, the upper floor also benefits from an outside staircase to its large, private sun terraces. There is also dedicated air-conditioning in the room, plenty of space for a cot or extra sofa or trundle-bed, if required.

GUEST ACCESS:
Villa Cecylia offers a great blend of being both a holiday home and residential environment. Guests will be booking the entire property.

The villa is subject to ongoing improvement, so some decor or furnishings may be different from the photographs.

Bookings are subject to payment of an additional Eco Tax, at a rate set by the island's government. Details of this will be forwarded upon booking, and will require payment before arrival at the villa.
