Amazing short break

Perfect short break lovely facilities and fantastic location. Great sea views only small issue is sound proofing between rooms could be improved apart from that this hotel is amazing and we will be visiting again

All-inclusive every day, 3 courses was perfect, buffet style, everyone enjoying themselves staff were very helpful, like 30 second walk from the exit doors of hotel to son bou beach, incredible scenery, we was on the 8th floor l, lovely hotel room!!

Got what I paid for. I paid extra for a sea view room and reasonably expected a full view. I only had a partial view. Food was as expected for a hotel of this nature and I ate well every night. Some variety in dessert would have been appreciated.

Comfortable stay

Single room was adequate and comfortable. Clean and we'll stocked with essential toiletries. Comfortable bed. Clothes hanger on balcony wall. Bistro table and chairs on balcony. Dining room very noisy. Food - plenty selection. All inclusive - adequate alcoholic selection. No ice cream or lollies included. Daytime snack bar available. Evening entertainment poor. Daytime entertainer music at pool very loud.

Everything comfortable and close to the beach

Right on the beach and nice big pool , some. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast is a bit hit and miss but it does the trick.

I booked this hotel because it says ‘free self parking’ but then once I got there, I found out the parking was paid: 16 euros/day. All the lifts didn’t smell very nice, but apart from all these things, the breakfast was yummy, with a lot of options. Good location as well, since there’s a good beach near by.

This hotel is in clear need of a refurb. The staff were not particularly helpful given that our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The person checking us in said he had cashed up for the evening and was therefore reluctant to let me pay by card and wanted cash. No parking spaces near the hotel. Hotel had spaces but there was a €12.50 charge so had to go off in search of a space in the town. Given that we were 3 hours late and it was 1am not a great welcome !

Hormis l'accueil qui donne l'illusion d'un hotel de haut standing, une fois arrives en chambre c'est la désillusion Hotel délabré, vieux , fenetre cassée qui ne ferme pas dans les nuits fraiches d'octobre , literie a ressorts horrible, un simple rideau ajouré et pas de volets ou store pour occulter la nuit Isolation 0/20 , calcaire ect ect Buffet du soir a 25 euros sans boisson pour manger dans un brouhaha general de la nourriture tres classique, surgelée et sans saveur Une simple nuit en escale sur le camí de cavall aura suffit mais n'aura pas ete reposante.

La experiencia del hotel ha estado correcto,el servicio es muy bueno,camareros, recepción,etc pero la habitación bastante antigua y el WC muy mejorable. Necesita una buena reforma,es un hotel de muchos años y se ve que siempre van haciendo cosas,pero las habitaciones son primordiales,el desayuno bufé está muy completo..

La primera noche tuvimos que dormir en un colchón de.muelles que se nos clavaban en la espalda pero reconozco que al día siguiente nos lo solucionaron, pedimos escobilla del WC y nos dijeron que no podían darnos por el tema igiene que.para nosotros peor igiene es dejar trazas y que queden hasta el día siguiente y encontrársela la señora de la limpieza, el servicio de toallas de la piscina es ridículo que te cobren 1€ por toalla que quieras cambiar, y el desayuno bastante malo cuando nos dijeron que eran productos de la zona, el servicio del hotel muy atento pero el resto muy precario es mi humilde opinión, como dice la canción " que no es lugar si no quién te acompaña" Saludos para todos y buena continuación.

Typical big hotel for vacation Common facilities would definitely support the 4 stars, much less the rooms. Breakfast is super-abundant, but the quality is to be improved.

Un grand hôtel honorable près de la mer

6 nuits dans cet hôtel face à la mer. État général assez bon sauf la présence de fourmis au 6eme étage qui venaient fouiller la table de chambre. La fenêtre de la salle de bain était aussi défectueuse. La piscine ne sert à rien, personne n’y a allait, elle faisait plus décors qu’utilité. Petit déjeuner très varié et complet. PAR CONTRE LE PARKING QUI DEVAIT ÊTRE GRATUIT EST PAYANT 10€ LA NUIT. Son Bou sans très grand intérêt si ce n’est la proximité avec les plus belles plages et Mao.

A éviter si vous le pouvez…

C’était le seul hôtel dispo lors de notre étape sur le camì. Le prix de la chambre est juste disproportionné par rapport à l’hôtel, à part le hall plutôt clinquant, les chambres n’ont pas quitté les années 80, le confort est sommaire et le petit dej, même s’il y a beaucoup de choix, n’est pas terrible en terme de goût. Bref, sa seule qualité fut de ne pas être complet.

essendo un hotel a 3 stelle è gestito benissimo in molte cose👌 note non al top purtroppo è come ben sanno credo tutti prima di prenotare camera piccolissima 😭 servizio cassaforte in camera a pagamento😭parcheggio auto a pagamento😭 Colgo l’occasione di elogiare la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutti i dipendenti iniziando dalla reception camerieri e donne delle pulizie in particolare il mini club x bambini animatori bravi e accoglienti👍 Posizione del hotel alla spiaggia ideale anche se non è gestita dalla struttura ma a pagamento 👍
