Good family villa
Overall the villa was equipped for our family and we especially liked the fact we each had our own bathroom. It’s a good 20 min walk into son bou and less than 5mins walk to local supermarket open 9am -9pm.
Our main complaints where on arrival the address provided was 224 the actual address is 244 carrer migjorn. When arriving late are night to the wrong villa and the phone number to Bruno not working this was extremely stressful. Luckily the couple from the wrong villa number we ended up at found the name of the villa gregal and we was able to locate it.
On arrival there was no bottled water in the villa only cava (which was a nice gesture) the local supermarket at the hotel Jardin was closed so we had to get a taxi in to Son Bou centre.
Location for young children and my father who can’t walk long distances meant we did end up hiring a car.
Viselle the property manager was very friendly and helpful and came to clean the pool regularly.
The bathroom shower got blocked on the first day and we had to clean it out.
The Wi-Fi was not very strong and we struggled to get it to work on more than one device especially when steaming.
This is a nice villa and the pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers for the size of the villa. Aircon is in all the rooms and worked well.
