“The hotel is magical, part of a working vineyard. It has a Michelin restaurant. Reservations a must. The wine tours with the affiliated Barolo producers were excellent. One downside is its isolation. Difficult to reach especially at night. If you're driving it's not for the faint hearted. Sometimes the GPS would lose the signal but otherwise, a gorgeous place. The special 5 course dinner was spectacular in its volume, the many comped dishes, the creativity, etc”

Location couldn’t be better; steps from the cathedral, and importantly just outside of the pedestrian zone so we could drive in and out easily. “Really enjoyed our stay. Host met us at the apartment to walk us through the apartment and show us which keys went to what doors in the building. Furnishings were impeccable and having balcony access was very nice for the evenings. 15 min walk or less to most food/shopping in downtown Alba and right around the corner from a fantastic specialty coffee shop (Especially Coffee Roaster)! Exceeded all expectations.”
