Piedmont at its best!

What a great property and Guilio was the perfect host. Everything from checking in, the week we stayed and checkout process was flawless. This location is walkable to Alba centro and also easy drive to all of the nearby villages. Highly recommend!!

Such a lovely place...

We were there for 5 days to experience the Wine and Food of the Alba / Langhe region. Giulio was a great host and was very informative of the area with good suggestions for restaurants and other activities. It was a hot week while we were there and the pool was a delight. The views from the house were wonderful and the place was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the region and would recommend to our friends.

Home base for family wine experience

Villa Anna exceeded all expectations. Giulio was an amazing host. The property was so stylish and spotless. We loved being able to easily walk into Alba and drive to nearby Roero, Barberesco, and Barolo. It was perfect but too short!!

Tremendous House

We throughly enjoyed this house. Giulio was the ultimate host. He was prompt in his response and often would show up to address any issue within minutes of being alerted to it. The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone planning to stay in Alba!

Top location in Alba

As in all prior reviews, a "10" from us. The house is a modern design, fully equipped, with great view over old Alba. We didn't use the pool, but it is large and always clean. Easy walk into Centro; we also found parking when we drove into town. Best part was our host. Always accessible. As an example. we had a problem with our car one day, and he volunteered to go with us to a mechanic and help us out. We've stayed in a number of VRBO's. This was at the top. Highly recommended.

Lovely house in Alba

We had five wonderful days in Villa Anna. The house, garden and pool area were all very nice, and suited us perfectly. Giulio gave us a great welcome, showing us around the property! The location is perfect, only ten minutes walk into the center of Alba with its restaurants. We will likely come back to Villa Anna again in the future!

Amazing Alba!

We traveled with another couple through the region and used Alba as our base. Villa Anna was not only an extraordinary house and property with every imaginable amenity including walking distance into town.Our host Guilio was also above and beyond with every detail regarding communication, concern for our comfort and recommendations for local experiences. Three days was not enough to savor this outstanding house and location.

Herzliche Begrüssung von Giulio, er war sehr hilfsbereit, selbst unser Gepäck half er hochtragen. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Weisswein, sowie Grissini als Willkommens-Gruss. Giulio erklärte uns alles und gab uns noch Infos zu allem was wir wissen wollten. Das Haus ist wirklich top, alles sehr sauber und an bester Lage. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Best vacation rental

Villa Anna is hands down the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Giulio was incredible accommodating with our arrival schedule. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the property (he even called our restaurant for us to tell them we were running late). The property itself is immaculate. Everything was maintained in perfect condition. It is a very short walk into town, and the location makes it very easy to get out of town for exploring other villages. We cannot wait to return.
