「The hallway and rooms nearby were under repair/construction and the floor was dirty and grimy. Noise of hammering, sawing, drilling until 8-9 pm.」

「This place was VERY nice. Newly remodeled. A real unique set up. Never physically saw a staff person…all contact was by desk phone. However, he was friendly, engaging and helpful. Place was quiet and affordable. Would stay again. The amenities only received a 4 because there was no hair dryer or hair conditioner. I had my own so it was no big deal, but could be an issue for someone else depending on both items.」

「The individual who checked us in was ignorant & rude. When I made the reservation it was for 2 rooms & they were supposed to be adjoining. When I checked in the rooms assigned were not adjoining and the person at the desk commented that they were booked solid months in advance by people who actually made plans. (When I booked there were about half a dozen king sized rooms still available.) I could overlook rude staff if the room had been fantastic but the shower door leaked & by the time I...

「We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.」

「This is a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was delightful,but wish it was a tad warmer. Pretty standard breakfast. Eggs, sausage, and waffle maker. Also biscuits and gravy and some small pastries. Not the hotels fault really, but can someone make a big thing of scrambled eggs without the bottom being full of water. Happens at most buffets and ever hotel breakfast. We will be back when we are this way. 」
