「Everything was exactly as described. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with plenty of towels and a spacious kitchen. There is a lovely, fenced in backyard that our dogs greatly appreciated and some cute bicycles in the garage. There are plenty of places to eat and a couple grocery stores within walking distance. There is a also a walking path and park nearby. We stayed 3 nights. We would 100% stay here again.」

「This is an incredible property. It feels very secluded with forest on all sides, great for a private experience. The hosts were gracious and made the experience flawless. Although the hosts stay in a basement unit, we never even knew they were there. The kitchen is well-appointed with anything you might need and the house is charmingly decorated. 」

「We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school.」

「The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. 「This property is awesome and very unique. From the large indoor pool with diving board, to the old time cassette player, to the beautiful views. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably (almost every bedroom has its own bathroom) and had a lot of fun. Only negative is that the electrical system was not fully working throughout the house. Once that is fixed I would recommend this property to any large group (friends, family, mixture of friends and family) finding a place to stay.」
