“We stayed the weekend for my husband's 50th birthday. The location is perfect. The cabin was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We walked to Middendorf's for dinner and the boat launch is a 5 min drive. It's on a side road and there is plenty of room to easily park with a boat in tow. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. It was fun to watch the birds and the trains going through. Sunrises and sunsets are absolutely amazing in the swamp. “The house was cozy. It was not far from town and it was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again.”

“This property was very nice and accommodating. Our host did a great job of communicating and staying in touch with us. The only small problem (which ended up not being a problem at all for us), is that the property is ONLY accessible by boat. They do provide a small barge for you to burrow and they offer a “boat taxi” service. Overall the experience was great, just be prepared for a tiny boat ride across the canal.”
