There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff,especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior,which is four stars.The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good,spacious,but not verry clean.For all our stay they did ...

Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic.
