Alberta Spa Hotel

"Lots of traffic noise into the room from the adjacent road. Hard to find a parking spot & no help from the front desk staff. The breakfast was average. It was hard to justify the room fee given these issues!"

"Although I only stayed in Calgary for one night, I think the accommodation experience is very bad! There is a strong smell of hotel disinfectant in the room, and the room is next to the elevator, which is very noisy at night! Maybe it’s because it‘s next to the elevator, so the room is very hot! And the temperature control panel in the room is useless! You can only turn on the air conditioner by the window, and this air conditioner is very noisy! Sleepmode had no effect, which caused me to wake up from the heat at night, and the sheets and quilts were soaked! Maybe this is also the reason why I have a nosebleed! Anyway, the experience is very bad!"

"Hot tub has an amazing view. Rooms are a bit small when traveling with a family ( but we didn’t come to Banff to sit in our room) Great staff, beautiful hotel."
