Hampton Inn Brooklyn Park
6/10 Okay
"Unfortunately we booked a 2 queen bed room and upon arrival we had a 1 king and pull out couch. We were traveling as a family of 3 and although the room worked for us it was disappointing and unexpected."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brooklyn Park - Brooklyn Center, MN
6/10 Okay
"The whole hotel smelled faintly like weed (marijuana) when we checked in and the smell did not lessen as we moved toward our room on the 2nd floor. It was pervasive throughout the areas we moved and even when we checked out the next morning. The breakfast area was adequate but nothing special. The staff that checked us in was polite and efficient, but in the morning (around 6:15 a.m.) there was no one around the check us out...no one in the breakfast area-except one guest- and no one at the desk, in the halls, etc. On the upside, the location was very convenient for us and the hotel looks clean and fairly modern."

Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis - Maple Grove
8/10 Good
"The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues."

Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Maple Grove
2/10 Terrible
"Ended up having to leave. Unbelievable unprofessional staff at check-in. Arrangement had been in place for us to pay at the property and for a late arrival the evening of check-in, approved that day. Arrived to check in and the room with my name attached had someone else in it with a $200 hold as well. Inquired about getting my name removed with someone else had checked in and was not me- staff said she must not have verified their ID and management would have to approve my name being removed, the staff member briefly left the counter to check the room and refused to give us a different room. She said you won’t be happy here you have to leave. She also did not remove my name from the room when I called the hotels corporate office I was still checked in the next morning. I demanded my name be removed from the room and the $200 hold removed under my name when I wasn’t the person utilizing the room. She said she needed management approval. We had to find another hotel at 11PM that night. Scary to say the least! uncertain we would be able to find another property with an open room so late. Another 10 minute drive to a different chain we got lucky. I filed a police report in case our money is not refunded. I would like to utilize the insurance I paid for, due to the inconvenience and for them not properly checking identification upon check in allowing some random person to be in a room with my name and credit card attached. Comfort Suites Ramsey
2/10 Terrible
"Don’t ride the elevator. It is super sketchy And don’t bring kids there. We were with our kids the whole time and he went up to one of them and asked them which school district that they were with and he told our kids that they had terrible parenting, that they were bad kids, that he was going to tell his general manager to write a letter to our school district and tell them how bad our kids were, except they were not, we were nearby at all times, and no one was even acting up. This guy just doesn’t like kids. We were all sitting in the lobby watching the Timberwolves game. Nobody was being overly loud or disruptive. This is not a kid friendly hotel bring your kids anywhere else but here and we won’t be back ever. the beds were rock hard and I don’t get how people like the breakfast. It was cold.?"
