“An absolutely amazing stay! This place has one of the most breathtaking views of Lake Lugano—truly unforgettable. The staff are incredibly personable, warm, and friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for stunning scenery and genuine hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay!”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”
