「The location is amazing and the hotel beautifully appointed」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. 「The hotel is located in the suburb of Milan. Driving to city center is about 20 minutes. There is free parking in the open-air parking lot. The food in the nearby restaurant is great. The hotel lobby and room facilities are all above the three-star level. Will stay here again next time we visit Milan.」
