“Bathroom glas wall full of mould. Room was ok. Breakfast room in the Hotel not available oan oane day. We had to walk 100m in bad weather to the bowling restaurant for breakfast.”

“I booked a stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sighisoara - Cavaler through Expedia. Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly told us that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Showing her the booking confirmation from Expedia did not change her position.
After some discussion with the receptionist — who was not helpful at all — we were told to contact Expedia ourselves to resolve the issue and find another place to stay for the night. We ended up calling Expedia five……
