93m2 apartment for 4 people with spectacular views, is located in the Playa de la Patacona, a residential sailor neighborhood with everything you need. 15 minutes from downtown of the city and the City of Arts and Sciences and just 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. Relax Place

The apartment is spacious and in a great location, secure and quiet, because the season (April) there where to many restaurants close, so you need to move to the center of Valencia which is not to far. It has a garage, very convenient if you have a car. Some thing that I believe they need to improve is about bathroom supplies like Shampoo, Conditioner, they did not have any there. But overall we enjoyed our staying there.

Fantastic Apartment

This really was a great apartment with all the facilities you need. The complex was very secure, with a superb swimming pool, perfect for the kids and it is 2 minutes from a world class beach. We would absolutely recommend this apartment for your stay. The owner clearly cares. Thank you for an excellent holiday!
