This modern designed mountain 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2000 sq. ft. home with central heating/AC has everything your family and friends need for a time well spent away from your home. This home is located in the middle of Pocono Mountains at a private gated community and a walking distance from one of the community amenities, swimming pool, basketball/tennis courts, children’s playground.

GUESTS ACCESS
If you are planning of using the Association amenities, please let us know in advance. $10 per person per badge fee will be added to the reservation. In case the wristbands are requested beforehand, you will be able to pick them up at the community office or if it's after 4PM - at the gate. In case, you decide to use the amenities during your stay without prior notice, the wristbands can be purchased at the community office during its open hours. Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community (Indian Mountain Lakes). You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.
Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $75 will be added.

The person confirming the reservation needs to be 21 or over, in order to sign a short rental agreement.
A week before your check in, I will need all adult guests names for community registration for vehicle passes and community access.
