THE SPACE
Spacious open living/entertaining area allows you to dine, cook, lounge and enjoy the outdoors in the same space. There is a smart TV and plenty of games for you to enjoy. Large backyard with deck includes a private pool, hot tub, lounging chairs, hammock, BBQ and dining set for you to enjoy.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests are welcome to use the entire house, including the lower level game room, the large back deck with pool (May 26th -Sep 15th) and hot tub (open all year), front and back yards. The house is part of the private gated Community which features lakes, ponds, beaches, tennis court, and pools. Access to these amenities would require badges which are in the house (max 10 badges provided for amenities to use - this is set by the community, children under 6 are not required to have a badge).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There are security video cameras for your safety and face the front door, the driveway and the back of the house and pool.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. All guests must be registered in order to enter through the community gate. Absolutely NO fireworks! This is a strict community rule with a hefty fine. Drive slow in the community...speeding tickets will be issued.

There is a 12 guest maximum (max 10 adults). Must be 25 years old to rent. Upon booking this home, several documents will be necessary to complete. Failure to send back filled in form would result in non issue of rental packet.
