Please note that our villas are all in residential areas, where no loud noise can be made during the daytime or evenings. For this reason, they are not suitable for stag and hen parties, or large groups of people who may be wanting to have louder gatherings, loud music and returning back late to the villas.

Whilst we welcome enquires from everyone; given the respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbours, we reserve the right to turn down a booking if we don't feel it is appropriate. As for big shopping, there's no better place than Guia / Albufeira Shopping Mall open late!. Home to one of the best shopping malls on the Algarve, with many shops including Zara, many restaurants including a large supermarket, also has a convenient taxi rank, and, it's just 10-15 minutes easy drive from the villa!

Inland Algarve is well worth exploring including the local villages, mountains of Monchique, also, visit the pretty, historical Faro, Algarve's capital and oldest town on the Algarve. Not forgetting a visit to the very pretty town of Tavira! known as The Venice of the Algarve. Also visit the pretty, neighbouring Cabanas town for lunch or dinner, at one of the many restaurants overlooking Ria Formosa nature reserve.
