Good villa for a family holiday with a few improvements neededWe stayed here as a family of 14, ranging in age from 4 to 60, and overall had a really lovely holiday. The villa is spacious, well laid out and offers plenty of different bedroom combinations, which worked perfectly for a large group like ours. The pool area was great, with lots of space for sunbathing and relaxing.The location was also very convenient: about a 20–25 minute walk to a lovely beach, 10–15 minutes to the main strip with bars and restaurants, and only a 5-minute Uber ride to the old town. Ubers were cheap, quick and reliable, and the nearest supermarket was only a short walk away.There were, however, a few things that could be improved. For a villa that sleeps up to 22, there definitely wasn’t enough crockery, glasses, plates or cooking equipment, which made mealtimes a bit challenging. There also weren’t enough sunbeds for our group of 14, and the BBQ was very small, to the point we didnt use it. Although the villa technically accommodates 22 people, I feel it would be too cramped for that number.We priced Algarve Vaccation to take us to rhe waterpark but they were double the price of buying tickets online ourselves and booking an Uber to take us there so beware of that. Overall, we had a good stay, but a few upgrades would make it even better for large groups.
