On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious lounge area complete with a dining table, TV with international channels, and a flat-screen display, all complemented by air conditioning and forced-air heating. This level also features a room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as an exit leading to the private patio. Another room on this floor offers a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules (not included). The kitchen also provides access to the patio and swimming pool area. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two more rooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with an exit to the balcony.
