The swimming pool, currently under construction, will be available to guests in the summer of 2025.The upper floor comprises three bedrooms: two double-bedded rooms, a master suite with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub.The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, ensuring comfort throughout the year, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience.Villa Sunny Joy also offers two private parking spaces, as well as nearby public rotating parking spaces.With easy access to Albufeira's stunning beaches, the best restaurants, and tourist attractions, Villa Sunny Joy is the perfect choice for those who want to explore the Algarve with comfort and style. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
