HUGE FAMILY FRIENDLY VILLA, 7 BEDROOMS, PRIVATE POOL, AIRCON, LARGE GARDENS

The villa is situated in a small development of just eight villas in a quiet, secluded road, fully fenced, making it ideal for children. There is no problem with parking, which cannot be said for Albufeira centre! In addition there is an excellent inexpensive taxi service, local, Bolt and Uber, so for evenings out, just leave your cars at the Villa!

Entrance to the villa is by a quiet side street, with ample extra parking if needed. On the ground floor is a very large well-fitted kitchen/dining area with seating for eighteen. There are two refrigerators, microwave, coffee machine, integrated dishwasher, hob and oven. The entire ground floor has beautiful traditional Portuguese tiling on the walls. Here also is a large snooker table for your entertainment.
On this floor also are two bedrooms, one our master en-suite with a king-size bed having sliding doors leading to the pool area. Also is an en-suite bedroom with one double bed and two single beds
Up to the next floor you will find another entrance to the villa directly from the car port and drive (which can accommodate up to three cars). There is also ample parking directly outside on the street. From here you enter two intercommunicating lounges, one with a large balcony overlooking the pool having a large TV with UK and other international channels. On this floor also is a separate WC, plus an en-suite bedroom having a large double bed with access to the balcony, two further bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a large double bed, with a bathroom close by, both direct access to terraces leading directly to the garden. There is also access to this floor by an outside staircase from the garden and pool area.
Up to the top floor there is a large reception area, with a sofa bed, plus a large balcony. There is also a bedroom with a large double bed having access to a balcony, and a bedroom with two single beds, having its own private balcony, both using a bathroom close by. All our bedrooms and lounges have air conditioning. All bedrooms have fitted mirrored wardrobes .All bathrooms have hairdryers.
From here, via the balcony are stairs direct to the roof terrace, giving 360 degree fantastic views of the whole area.
Directly outside the kitchen on the ground floor is a large play area, having table tennis, table football, and plenty more room for children, plus outside dining. Here also is a built-in barbecue, plus a large pizza oven. To the left is the pool area, with many sunbeds surrounding a kidney shaped swimming pool for your sole use, which can be locked for security purposes if required. There is seating arranged around a second barbecue by the pool. There are also dining tables and seating for eighteen persons.
There is fast broadband internet throughout the villa, which is also fitted with an anti-intruder alarm for your security.
Surrounding the entire villa are well kept lawned gardens with many trees and flowering plants. The total area of the site is 1600 sq m.
The villa is situated just five kilometres from the centre of Albufeira, and its famous beaches. For evenings out, there is an excellent and reasonably priced taxi service, UBER also operates a very efficient and reasonable service..
Faro airport is approximately 35 minutes drive away, mainly motorway. If hiring cars, this is now toll free. Alternatively we can arrange transport from the airport to the Villa, at a competitive price.
There are small shops in walking distance, and a large selection of restaurants a short drive away, as is a large Aldi supermarket. The Algarve shopping centre in Guia is a ten minute drive. This is the largest shopping complex on the Algarve, with very many shops and a large food court for dining of all types. Albufeira area itself boasts over five hundred restaurants and cafes with a lively nightlife, and many family orientated attractions, making it a perfect destination. The nearby area os Olhos D'Agua, is quieter during the main season, and has many restaurants, cafes close or overlooking the beach. There are many water parks nearby sports and from Albufeira Marina ther is sailing, fishing, windsurfing, surfing, jet skiing and water skiing, something for everybody such as some of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Europe. Come and experience the Algarve. It boasts at least 3000 hours of sunshine a year with very little rain in the summer months, with warm evenings too.
Our check-in times are from 16.00 and check out at 10.30. We will try to be flexible if this causes problems for you. Let us know! Our villa is perfectly placed for you, being a short drive to Albufeira Old Town or Vilamoura, and of course not only the many clean and safe beaches, but also the shopping experience too, together with the many water parks and other attractions for children. Lisbon is just a two hour drive away.
