Good Value but have realistic expectations
The apartment was a good value for the price. It is as shown in the pictures. Overall the apartment and furniture are in good condition. The building and the amenities are a bit old but serviceable. The building is in a residential area. So it is quiet at night except for the odd building resident coming in late at night. You will hear all sound from the halls and surrounding rooms. There are very few restaurants within 10 minute of walking. So you will need to take a 5 Euro taxi to get to the popular areas. The bed is very firm. We bought an air mattress for 20 euros to cover the bed and it was fine. There is only a cooktop Hob and a microwave so you are limited in what you can cook. The television is small but you should be enjoying the outdoors instead of watching TV. This is not the most accessible building for people with mobility issues. The washroom doesn't have grab bars and the pool and hot tub don't have anything to hold onto when you are stepping in or out.If you can live with these limitations it is a nice place for a reasonable price.
