Staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet for our stay so the pools and facilities were relaxing and reliably accessible. The restaurant meals were delicious. Only thing that could be better was the breakfast bacon! Just 5m walk to one beach, ~10m in the other direction to another and some convenient shops just across the road. It was the perfect first holiday for my little girl, she didn't want to leave.

The property was good, large pool not too packed when we stayed in September 2023. WiFi was great, TV was good, nice location, walkable and bus routes next to property. Two complaints, the buffet food was the SAME every day, not a lot of options either. Also, the shower soap was not refilled before our check-in and we ran out by our 3rd day.

We were meeting friend in the area and only stayed one night. The room booked had two single beds but on arrival we were asked if we would prefer a double bed and we said yes, the bed was changed in a few minutes. The room was very clean and well maintained. The A/C in the room was very good. The reception is staffed 24-7, very friendly and helpful. Our Portuguese is very basic but the staff worked with us in English. We visited the bar area, large, clean and again friendly staff. Our friends used the pool and were very pleased with it. We parked outside the hotel, no extra charge but while parking directly outside is limited there is substantial parking in several areas nearby. There is a very nice beach 5-10 walk with a nice casual restaurant/bar. This hotel is rated three star and it certainly operates at that or above. Great staff.

location is super close to a beautiful beach that wasn’t crazy busy, plus some pools on the property which was nice. room was clean, only thing to mention was we did find a piece of a false eyelash on one of our bath towels. staff was super good and helpful explained where everything was on the property plus let us store our luggage till our room was ready, it is kept out in the open however the front desk is there all the time so not terrible.

Great hotel in a brilliant quiet location but close enough to walk to Santa Eulalia where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.. Hotel was nice and clean and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again, brilliant value for money

Location is a bit difficult to get to but room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. The bar staff though seemed out to get as much money from you as possible, also strange they didn't understand Portuguese. I was trying to order an imperial, a small beer, was told they only have corona so ordered 2 glasses, gave me two bottle priced at €6 each! That's ALOT for Portugal prices?! And small bottles?? Imperial beers are usually €2-€3. Other than that the hotel itself was fine

Chambre propre et ménage fait chaque jour. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Personnel de l’hôtel aimable mais cuisinier dans la salle du restaurant avec la télé allumée en permanence. Gros point noir sur l’insonorisation de la chambre, réveillé chaque nuit par les aller et venues. Ajouté à cela la musique du bar de l’hôtel trop présente.

Eigentlich ein schönes und praktisches Hotel, von dem aus man in wenigen Minuten zum Strand kommt. Der hauseigene Außenpool konnte auch im Oktober noch genutzt werden, war allerdings ziemlich kalt und für Nichtschwimmer ungeeignet, da zu tief. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Saison vorbei ist und das Angebot beim Frühstück und in der Bar bereits auf Sparflamme lief. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Concernant la chambre…. Le lit refait tout les matins, un petit coup de nettoyage sur le lavabo….!!!! Et c’est tout, pour le reste même pas, un coup de balai ou d’aspirateur…. Dans la chambre et salle de bain !!!
