Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, egal wo man sich aufgehalten hat. Die Zimmer Richtung Pool sind perfekt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Umgegend um das Hotel ist lebhaft, aber keinesfalls laut. Es ist überall sauber.

Loved this hotel. Great location. Very nice amenities. Staff was the very best!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, but want to especially note the excellent service from Joao, Mariana, Francisco, and Winner. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel muito simpático e calmo ao pé da praia

Já tendo estado neste hotel várias vezes, continua a ser uma excelente opção na relação preço/qualidade. Os quartos ao pé da piscina são ótimos, a piscina e o spa também e o serviço de restauração é bom com uma escolha bastante variada. Foi pena terem deixado de ter as cataplanas como opção ao jantar que eram ótimas. A praia fica a poucos minutos a pé e o acesso é fácil. Sendo um hotel só para adultios, é muito calmo.

A little surprised by the reviews for this hotel. The rooms were outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK … canned peaches and yogurt cups with lots of bread choices and some other fruit. We found the coffee undrinkable. Pool area was very clean and quiet but the loungers were a pleather/vinyl that got very hot in the sun and the small beach towel provided was not enough to cover it comfortably. Seems like many other guests bought or brought better towels to deal with this. Front desk wasn’t very helpful when I was inquiring about the beach and where to rent chairs (it’s the brown surf stand hut not the restaurant as the hotel told us). First time in Algarve so I don’t have anything to gauge this against.

I had a delightful few days here on my solo holiday. The hotel facilities are lovely and clean. The gym is really decent for a hotel gym, the free sauna and steam room are a great touch. Breakfast had lots of options. The pool area was so nice and quiet. I loved the local area too, I enjoyed my morning walk along the coastal boardwalk, and the beach is great for watching the sunset. I'd definitely choose this hotel for a quiet relaxing break if you want to avoid the "brits abroad" rowdy crowd in other Algarve areas. I'll be back!

It is a wondwrful hotel. However, there was construction work going on such as grinding of cement at 8:30 a.m. Bed was too hard for me and shower was slippery. Tge hotel provided a mattress topper and a shower mat. Made all the difference.

Gorgeous hotel perfectly appointed and so clean and beautiful. The manager and staff do a tremendous job of keeping everything perfectly lovely and all guests looked after. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

When we arrived there was nobody at reception to check us in. Eventually someone came out but he didnt know how to do it. The receptionist came out after a while and did it properly. They said there are only coffee making facilitys in the room by request , i requested a coffee machine then after it was delivered learmt that its a euro per coffee. Tnats the first hotel i have ever stayed in that charges coffee making facilities. Tbere was no iron in the room, i asked for one but they only offer a paid for pressing service. However the quickest turnaround in 24 hours for rhe more expensive express service which is no good for the eveing we arrived. The hotel itself is nice in a very quiet area just down the road from Gale beach which is lovely.
