We were group of 6 people, spent 7 nights. Food was good, overall stay was good. Bar tender Madhu was outshining. Nothing was too much for her, one of the best staff in the hotel. Location was good easy access to the shops and restaurants. We had all inclusive but still went for Indian meal which was outstanding, only ten mins walk from the hotel.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The food quality and variety were amazing. Nice facilities and entertainment throughout the day. The gym was great, only needs better ventilation. The nearest beach is 20min walking distance.

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had. We traveled with 3 kids, it was amazing. Everything is close by, swimming pool is amazing, food delicious, very convenient location, friendly staff, free shuttle to the city and beach. 30 mins by taxi from the Marines, who wants to go for fishing or water attractions. Highly recommended

Jupiter is an absolutely amazing stay for both young and old. The hotel is firstly spotless, very clean and a great staff who are attentive and work hard keeping the facilities clean. The hotel is a 3 minute straight line walk from Albufeira strip - perfect for a late drink and return without paying loads for Taxis. The hotel has beautiful large and clean rooms, great balcony space and shower was strong and easy to use. The pools are very enjoyable, plenty of seats, lots of space, beautifully clean water and surroundings. It is as nice as you see it online. Lastly, the food! - incredible options for those who want to relax and unwind - limitless drink and food, 24hrs a day. The bar service is quick and they really make the drinks in front of you - no cheap pre mix, served in fancy glasses even. There is a lovely rooftop bar for drinks in the evening as well whilst watching the sunset! The food in the buffet dining halls are the best I have experienced - I cannot fault the hotel and their team for how well they present and serve the food- amazing. The staff are great as I mentioned - honestly - one of the best ran hotels you will likely ever fine. Only criticism, is, I had to leave. Basically its a great hotel, great location, and leaves you wanting for nothing. Incredible. Ideal for large or small size families - or couples as we were!

Phenomenal!!! First time ever at an all inclusive, family fun resort, and it did not disappoint. The close proximity to old town, the multiple pools, the food options for kids readily available at all times. The only downside was the paid restaurant the food was disappointing

For paying a premium price, you get an average return. The food options are minimal and taste isn't 5 star hotel worthy but the quantity is plenty. The options for vegetarians/vegans are very very limited even after we had requested before we booked. The upkeep of the room is impossible as the hotel staff never clean the room properly (what kind of 5 star hotel doesn't have smart TV btw). The water slides are a great attraction but one lifeguard for 5 slides is definitely not safe, have no idea how this passes safety guidelines. Kids club is fantastic, definitely the hardest workers at the venue (probably the only thing worth 5 star). My advice for anyone who is looking to go here would be to make sure you know what you're paying for because it initially sounds great but it's a very basic holiday priced at premium rates.

Family oriented all inclusive resort in beautiful Albufeira. The water slides/pool area was fantastic. Breakfast/dinner buffet was great, lunch options lacking a bit. Staff was very attentive. Would easily stay here again for a wonderful family oriented vacation - If not travelling with kids, would avoid this resort.

Great for families, especially the pools!

Really good facilities for kids, the variety of pools with splash zone, kids pools, and slides were great. Comfortable rooms that are very spacious. Food in the buffet restaurant was ample and varied, with lots to choose from, albeit not my favourite part of the trip - the a la carte restaurants however were very food.
