Do not stay here
This could have been a great stay but the property is not managed very well. There are ants and cockroaches in the house. We found a roach in a coffee mug! Property manager left ant spray and instructed us to use it. The beds are terrible - they are very hard and NO ONE SLEPT for the 4 nights of our stay. The AC is louder than a construction site. The pool lifesaver was broken - they collected it and never replaced it. They did not advise us of mandatory water shut off for water conservation. Communication with management company was very poor. Upon arrival we had no checkin instructions and when I contacted the company they said they sent the checkin instructions a month ago and then I proved they only sent it 5 days prior and because we had already started the beginning our trip and did not have wifi we didn't realize they wanted us to fill out an online form and fill out all 8 of our family members with passport pictures, numbers, names in a long form for everyone before they would allow us access the the house. It took us 2 hours by the side of the road to make this happen. We had 2 old people and 2 small children. I did bring this up with property management and there was no apology or compensation. I have been renting homes and traveling all over the world. It is such a shame that this happened.
