Separate Kitchen: With Washing Machine & Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Induction Cooker, Extractor, Oven, Microwave, 100L Battery Storage, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Magic Wand, Kettle, Ironing Board & all Kitchen Train required. Crockery & Cutlery included as well as Cleaning Supplies (includes Vacuum Cleaner).
Balcony: With clothes rack, storage space and table with 2 chairs.
Interior Terrace: With table and 4 chairs.
Common Terrace: With 4 Sun Loungers.

Booking and Rental Conditions:

* Mode of payment: Bank transfer or cash;
* If more people are found than those informed when booking the stay may be canceled immediately without refund of the deposit;

Cannot fault this apartment from start to finish Was picked up at the airport by Guilherme who took us straight to the apartment We left our suitcases with him and he messaged me to tell me when the apartment was ready...once at the apartment we had a tour of the building once we got to the apartment it was spotlessThe apartment itself was in a prime location from the old town square and the beach, it was literally 2 mins to the nearest bars and 5 mins to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the supermarkets..The apartment itself had all the facilities you could ask for, the showers and the bathroom are perfect. The apartment has a safe which you put your own code in and also has WiFi We were picked up at the apartment on our return to the airport by Guilherme and his brother Would we use them again...100%

Das Appartement ist sehr komfortabel, sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Minuten zur Altstadt und zum Strand, dennoch angenehm ruhig und ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Dachterrasse im fünften Stock ist ein besonderes Highlight, mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Ein perfekter Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Guilherme und sein Bruder waren hervorragende Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und bestens erholt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Absolutely loved the apartment and felt so at home I was reluctant to leave We were there for three weeks and enjoyed every moment.Albufueira is a lively place and full of energy. We enjoyed the beaches, especially Praia Da Gale and Praia Do Cohelia. The under ground car park was well worth the additional charge as street parking is limited and much in demand. Plus every time we used the car it was lovely and cool The Landlords were very kind and helpful especially when unfortunately the lift broke for a couple of days. The apartment is immaculate and well equipped. Very close to the old town and has a stunning roof terrace where we spent hours soaking up the sun and watching the seagulls tending thier chicks. The host is very friendly and helpful he arranged our transfers to and from the airport.We would definitely stay there again.

The stay was excellent. The place was spacious and clean. Communication with the host was great. There was only one tiny problem of not having the basic stuff like shower gel, extra toilet paper etc. at the property. We had to go grocery shopping right when we got there, which was a bit inconvenient. But otherwise, it was an amazing and comfortable stay :)

Wonderful apartment in Albufeira

Our stay was outstanding. The hosts are gracious and made sure we were taken care of. The apartment was in the middle of everything, yet removed enough that one didn’t have to be bombarded by the revalry! We enjoyed mornings on the porch eating breakfast and evenings on the roof watching the gulls and ocean pass by. Very easy to get to other parts said the Algarve with day trips to Sagres, Silves, and Lagos especially recommended. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment in old town

This property was spacious, clean, designed to be quiet from street noise, in a very walkable old town location. Lovely restaurant just down the street where we could have quiet dinners as well as easy access to the outdoor patios and the beach. Plus we had indoor parking for days we had a rental car. The two brothers are lovely gentlemen. Highly recommend.

This very centrally located condo was excellent. Walking distance to grocery stores, the beach, shops, restaurants and the old town. Guilherme and Luis are very attentive hosts, easy to reach and always available. The bus service in Albufeira is great and we used it to visit many surrounding towns. Wonderful holiday!

A terrific apartment in a perfect location. In Albufeira for five weeks, the apartment is an easy walk to beaches, Mercator with major grocery store, and the bus terminal. Bus passes made it easy to venture further. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

Well situated modern apartment

Glad that we chose this apartment. Our desire was to be equally close to the beach and to major grocery stores. It is 5 minute walk to the Fisherman's Beach and 10 minutes to a huge Continente supermarket. The apartment is in a newer building with modern layout. Very good set of all appliances.

Great apartment and perfect location

We enjoyed our experience at the apartment. It was very clean and we loved that it was close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. It was very practical and contained everything we needed. Guilherme was an excellent host from start to finish. Great week in Albufeira
