On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with bathtub and shower, offering comfort and a pleasant view.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals and enjoying time together.
Outside, the villa features a heated pool (optional extra) and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor leisure and dining.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 7th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
