The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell, and towels were only changed once every four days. The service was absolutely the worst we experienced during our month-long trip through Europe. The front desk receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Our reservation was originally for three nights, but our flight to Albufeira was delayed, so we arrived the following morning. Despite having paid for the entire stay, the receptionist told us there was no room for us because we had been marked as a no-show. She blamed us for not notifying the hotel, even though we had tried to contact them through Expedia to explain the situation and request a refund for the night we missed. Nobody responded. It was extremely frustrating to arrive at a fully paid reservation and be treated as though we had done something wrong. The receptionist’s attitude, tone, and overall disrespect throughout our stay made the experience even worse. We couldn’t wait to leave. I would never book this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pool was cold but nice to sit beside. I had to wait an hour to check in even though the hours were listed they were supposed to be open. Good strong hot shower.

Simpelthen elendig service.
