“Very clean and tidy, cleaners cleaned every single day, bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, highly recommend. If you’re going out on the new town strip, it’s about a 15min walk or a £3 uber, and because of the 24hr reception, means you can leave your key with reception and collect on return to save losing when out and about.”

“Appreciated the housekeeping and when asked for ice for my mom when she fell, they sent some right away. Would be nice to have dish soap and a sponge and a starter bottle of water for the room. We arrived past midnight so could not get any groceries. Staff was very friendly and nice. My sister’s crib was not in the room for her baby and couldn’t get one until the next day. When she got it, it didn’t fit in the bedroom. The process of getting pool towels is not Efficient. Waited 30 min in line……

“This hotel is at the heart of a very popular and busy street. Music and party runs until 3AM just in case noise is bothering you. If planning to drive, parking is 1.50 euros per hour and 36 euros /day”

“Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good. Breakfast continental but good.”

“Overall the hotel was beautiful, though they need a little updating. We had informed the front desk that our phone was not working at all. Maintenance came and was making me flush the toilet 3 times to “reboot the line” I did so and still did not work so I asked for him to return tomorrow cause I saw no point in just flushing the toilet for the phone to work again. Also there was spiders on the balcony.”

“We booked through Expedia after 10pm and it said 24/7 service. We went to the property they denied us access saying it is passed check in hours. If that was the case why they let us book after check in hours? I contacted expedia they are trying to solve it but they said is up to hotel to refund, which is not answering. We had to go around the town to find available hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay double the price and loose so much time.”

“It’s not really a 4 star hotel, room and amenities not reach standard. Not much offer other than the pool. Breakfast just standard and it’s very inconvenience without a car. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay”
