Great family home for reasonable money

Would be great to have plastic bags for litter bins available. And also good vacuum cleaner so we can better clean small dust, hairs etc. Not sure about wood availability. There was some, we used some. But not sure if it is regularly checked and added? Overall very good facility for reasonable money. Thank you very much!

schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Zusammen mit einer weiteren Familie verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus Alvaneu bei schönstem Sommerwetter. Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses entsprechen der Beschreibung. Lediglich die Größe des Esszimmertischs ließ zu wünschen übrig (ist eigentlich nur für 4 Personen geeignet) und für die Terrasse wären weitere Sitzgelegenheiten, gerne auch günstige Stapelstühle, super. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Lage, die Aufteilung der Räume , gemütliche Atmosphäre. TV nicht vorhanden. Küchenutensilien müssten zum Teil erneuert werden.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Uns hat die Größe des Hauses mit den vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten gefallen, sowie die Lage mit der schönen Aussicht und die Gemütlichkeit im Wohnzimmer und auf der Empore. Auch waren wir froh, das ein Hund erlaubt ist. In dem Haus hat sich viel angesammelt. So gibt es z. B. Töpfe mit runden Böden oder Pfannen, die eine defekte Beschichtung aufweisen. Wenn man dies mal entsorgen würde, hätte man auch genug Platz in den Schränken. Es gibt keinen leeren Schrank, in dem man Lebensmittel aufbewahren kann. Es gib verschlissene Teppiche unten am Eingang und es gibt einen zerrissenen Sofabezug oben auf der Empore. Außerdem gibt es Schimmel an der Decke an der Dusche. Das passt nicht zum Preis des Objektes.

Fijn vakantiehuis

Het was een erg fijn verblijf in Alvaneu. Het huisje is zoals op de foto's. Het was er goed schoon toen wij kwamen. Het enigste wat verbeterd kan woden in het huis is de stofzuiger die is echt aan vervanging toe. Maar ja omdat het zo schoon was hadden wij hem ook niet nodig. Wat inchecken betreft mag de info wel eerder komen. Op dag van aankomst hadden wij om 13.00 uur nog geen sleutelcode ontvangen terwijl inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur kan. Wel via de telefoon de code gekregen waardoor wij eerder het huisje in konden. Omgeving is er prachtig! Uitzicht is top Wat ons betreft is het voor herhaling vatbaar
