“Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Old Town and a park/playground, within a ten minute walk to great coffee (Remedy!) and food (High Noon Saloon), as well as the NM Natural History Museum and the Albuquerque Museum. Great view of the mountains down the street. Kitchen was well equipped, backyard had ample seating and the shed provided shade for dinner, everything was clean and comfortable, and Sam was an attentive/responsive host. Covered parking was handy with the afternoon sun. I would……

“This home is in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to most locations in town. The views of the sunrise over the mountain are beautiful. The bed (we only used master) was very comfortable with nice linens. We ate out so didnt make use of thw kitchen like we could have except for coffee maker. A New Mexico travel guide was left which was very thoughtful. In the morning one can see the hot air balloons travel over the neighborhood. In general, we loved New Mexico, the sites, restaurants……

I really appreciated the easy directions and communication with the hosts, and the location just at the base of the Sandia Tram was perfect! I went hiking, and what a gorgeous location. The house was in a good location, rooms were clean, and beds were so comfortable. Didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but no issues at all and would recommend.”

We even bought one! The view from the backyard was beautiful. We met the host, who was very, very friendly. It was great having covered parking for the night. “This is our second stay. They are constantly upgrading the property. The unit was immaculate. The living area was spacious. The private parking off street was well lit. Access to interstate quick. Communication with owner was immediate. He is a very pleasant man. You will not go wrong here at a good value. And, no, I was not paid for this. 😊”

“Staff was great. Our first room had so much wind coming in through closed windows that the curtains were vigorously moving, & there was whistling through the ac unit. We had to change rooms at 1:00 a.m. Hotel needs an update. I was not a fan of the $20 resort fee. I have stayed there numerous times & that was new.”
