Chambre très bruyante alors qu'à 3h du matin après réclamation n'obtient une correcte. Chauffage en panne par 7 degrés C avec une et une seule couverture de déménagement .. Petit déjeuner payé mais l'hôtesse ne le prend pas en compte et j'étais obligée de me déplacer entre l'hôtel et le resto pour Donner la preuve. Une vrais galère surtout avec le froid et le bruit incessant d'un ventilateur de groupe

El hotel esta en buen estado y buen servicio pero no entiendo como lo ponen en hoteles de Sevilla si esta en un pueblo, para llegar tienes que tomar dos autobuses y después de hora y media llegas a el lugar y de ahí si tienes suerte consigues un taxi que te lleve al hotel .

Correcto

El hotel está bien en general. Nuestra habitación tenía desperfectos por humedades. Las habitaciones están en una primera planta y creo que no hay ascensor. Es un hotel antiguo pero bien conservado. Se oye todo, no está muy bien insonorizado, aunque es bastante tranquilo.

Habitaciones poco insonorizadas

Está todo muy bien, salvo el ruido de la calle. Las habitaciones deberían estar mejor insonorizadas. Pero la habitación, el personal, la limpieza, la facilidad de aparcar y el pueblo (Alcalá de Guadaira) de lo mejorcito que hemos visto

Hotel muy bonito con patio y decoracion tipica andaluza. Situado el zona centrica, con restaurante propio y buena comida. La habitacion es muy grande. Tv de plasma. Y zona con mesa, sillas y sofa. Lavabo completo y grande y con buena iluminacion. Limpieza muy buena. Solo dos aspectos a mejorar: los colchones de las camas son extremadamente duros y no tiene ascennsor.

El Sr. de recepción se ha equivocado de oficio. En la habitación no tenía WIFI al solicitar ayuda en recepción el Señor me trató con muy mala educación como si yo fuera un extraterrestre. Después me he enterado que no todas las habitaciones tienen WIFI y se las suelen dar a los que hacemos la reserva vía Online
