ALARM SYSTEM WITH SECURITY CAMERA There is an alarm system connected with cameras in the common areas that will only be active when the property is vacant. These cameras are managed by a private agency to which we have no access. It's important to note that they will be disabled during the stay, ensuring no disruption to the privacy of guests. PETS ALLOWED Pets are allowed upon request. Please consult with us first regarding your pets. An additional fee of 200 EUR will be charged. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
