A Fantastic Short Break!

My wife and I had an amazing getaway and wished we had stayed longer! The hotel was fantastic—our room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. The stunning beach nearby made the trip even more special. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Great hotel, large pool area and deck to sunbathe, lots of space and not crammed together. Different dining options with a low key vibe. Really nice base as we then went out each day/night to enjoy Alcudia. Tip - if you are getting a taxi make sure they take you to the correct hotel as there are several Bordoy hotels in Alcudia and we got taken to the wrong one. This was not the hotels fault.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit schönem Strand der fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, Getränke und Essen war den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Zimmer modern und sauber. Die Altersklasse ist eher Ü50 und es sind viele Englände vor Ort, uns hat das aber nicht gestört

Quite a nice hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. “Double” beds are two singe moved together though and the mattress is so soft it’s uncomfortable. When we tried to extend the stay by one day, it was also a nightmare.

My first experience of the all inclusive experience. I’m a convert. Pool was nice and clean, food was good overall, entertainment was good. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Location was good, a little further from the town/beach than it looks on the map but I don’t mind a walk so not an issue for myself, maybe an issue for others though. Staff were fantastic!

Hotel is nice, but wouldn’t stay again. Pros: Clean, fairly modern, staff are kind and helpful. All rooms have balconies too, which is great. Close to beach and not far from pretty Port area. Cons: Not all sun loungers have an umbrella, therefore there is a rush to “claim” your sunbed, very early in the morning. Also, due to orientation of the hotel building, sun doesn’t shine on all areas of outdoor/pool area for a few hours. Food was average - lots of options but not best quality.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Leider war das Essen nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Die Auswahl war leider nicht besonders vielfältig und vieles schmeckte sehr fade. Was leider gar nicht ging, war die Hygiene des Geschirrs und Bestecks. Es war eine Herausforderung einen Teller zu finden, der nicht verschmutzt war. Zudem war alles irgendwie klebrig und nicht richtig gespült. Die Deckel der Milchflaschen waren von innen verschimmelt und die Ränder der Flaschen waren gelb vor Dreck. Leider war auch unter dem Schüssel-Spender für die Marmeladen Dreck, der an Schimmel erinnerte. Das hat uns leider gar nicht gefallen. Wir sind zwischendurch außerhalb essen gegangen. Leider war innerhalb der Halbpension kein einziges Getränk enthalten (nicht mal Wasser), sodass wir nochmal 80€ draufzahlen mussten. Das hätte ich auch gerne vor der Buchung gewusst. Die Umgebung ist sehr touristisch, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, kann man aber auch schönere Ecken erkunden.

Gute Lage, da man schnell am Strand ist. Personal war freundlich. Ansonsten eine ziemlich simple Ausstattung. Frühstück war ok, das Abendessen hatte wenig Auswahl und Qualität, weshalb ich trotz gebuchter Halbpension an der Hälfte der Abend auswärts gegessen habe. Speisesaal hatte Kantinencharachter, wie aber so oft auf Mallorca. 3 wirkliche Kritikpunkte: 1) Marmelade aus dem PET Spender. Habe ich so noch nie gesehen und es gibt sicher auch günstige, ansprechendere Alternativen. 2) Im Speisesaal gibt es einen Wasserhahn, an dem man Trinkwasser zapfen kann. Einige Gäste haben noch immer nichts bezüglich Hygiene während der Pandemie gelernt und nutzen ihre Plastik-Wasserflaschen, um sie dort aufzufüllen. Dabei halten sie die Flasche nicht UNTER den Wasserhahn sondern stülpen die Flasche darüber. Das finde ich persönlich unhygienisch. Kann das Hotel nichts dagegen aber sollte man versuchen zu unterbinden, wenn die Leute schon nicht so weit denken... 3) Beim Check Out kam nicht einmal die Frage, wie der Aufenthalt war. Ich hätte ansonsten etwas angemerkt, unabhängig von den gerade geschilderten Kritikpunkten. Alles in allem war es ok, freundliche Atmosphäre, gute Unterhaltung und Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung.
